A very warm autumn day greeted 41 runners & walkers, which included a number of visiting relatives for Week Five activities on Sunday morning 22nd. April at Willandra.
It is very encouraging to witness a great mix in ages ranging from 71yrs to 3yrs all participating at the same time, making their way around the various distances ranging from 1k to 8k.
Our quote for the week… The task ahead of you, is never greater than the strength within you. Which is such a true sentiment for all Victory runners who crossed the finish line!
The lucky place winners were Karlee Symonds, Tanyel Onsel, Bec Johnson and Maddison D’Ombrain. The mystery time winner was Erich Moeller-Duhme with a time of 50.35, achieving the most fives in his time, with 5 being our lucky number this week to represent week five of Victory Runners. Congratulations to all.
